The SCANPAN Maitre D’ is an elegant series of miniature copper saucepans that combines modern design with classic French elegance. Copper provides a quick and even heat distribution, and the series is manufactured with an internal stainless steel for optimum cleaning. SCANPAN Maitre D ‘pots have stainless steel handles that are attached with rivets and therefore remain cold longer. The small portion pots are useful for delicate dishes, sauces, melted butter or chocolate to name a few – or use it directly on the table for serving meals.
This saucepan is ideal for creating and reducing sauces. Not suitable for induction hobs. These mini saucepans are very decorative and make very good serving dishes.
