Directions
Adults: take 1 capsule once daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other Health Products or natural health products.
Cautions & Warnings
High dose of iron: Some people may experience constipation, diarrhoea, and/or vomiting. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs.
