Diindolylmethane, or DIM, is a phytochemical that’s a natural metabolite of certain compounds found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage. We’ve included calcium-D-glucarate to help support a process called glucuronidation, an important mechanism of detoxification that aids in the elimination of certain environmental toxins from the body.

Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food.
