AMERICAN RANGE AAR.4B.12G 36″ Oven Range combines 303mm open burners with a highly polished 16mm thick steel griddle plate over an integrated static oven.

• Cook flexibly: reversible cast iron trivet accepts flat pans or woks.
• Accurate temperature control: oven thermostat adjusts from 70°C to 260°C.
• Simple, low-maintenance operation: manually lit open burner with no pilot and flame failure.
• Easier cleaning: removable stainless steel door, lift-off burners, drip pan and grease drawer.
• Wipe-down exterior: stainless steel front, sides and rear flue.

Standard griddle position is on the right; a left-hand side griddle option is availableplease specify when ordering.
