- Holds 9 x 1/3 GN pans (150mm deep) with pizza racks and dropping tray supplied as standard.
- Operates at 2°C–5°C and handles ambient temperatures up to 40°C (lid on) / 32°C (lid open).
- Digital temperature display and control for simple day-to-day operation.
- Removable filter and lockable castors make cleaning and maintenance easier.
- Insulated tilting stainless steel night lids are fully removable for service access.
